As founder and CEO from 1999 to 2006, he oversaw company vision, marketing, product development, sales and services for the company. After reaching cash flow positive and then raising venture capital in 2006, he took over the CTO role until 2008. Prior to Innotas, Demian co-founded Convoy Corporation and was Chief Architect of its product lines. In that role, he helped the company lead the middleware market with an annual growth rate of 670 percent. Convoy was acquired by New Era Networks in 1999.
