Best Hosting Company

However early this year I read a post by Michael Gray at Graywolf’s SEO Blog Upgrade Your Hosting and Save Some Cash with TigerTech and decided to set up my new blog Ezebis with this company.  It was one of the best decisions I have ever made, thank you Michael & thank you TigerTech.  I have since been singing their praises as their customer service is superb and they are willing to give advice or help when you hit troubles with your blog.

This last week I decided to transfer my old blog AstraMatch across to their servers and had quite a few challenges in the process.  The support team was spectacular as I had to go to them a few times due to complications with the transfer.  Their response was prompt and specific to the issues with which I was dealing.  Nothing like godaddy where you get a response 24hours after you contact and then it is just quotes from their faq???    Meanwhile your blog has been down the whole time and you are desperate to fix the situation.

Recently there have been a number of hacking attacks on WordPress blogs at godaddy.  I was not surprised to read Smackdown blog post Hosting With GoDaddy? Might Want To Rethink That Decision where he said

That was when it struck me… GoDaddy was claiming that this wave of WordPress hacks was due to clients not upgrading without even bothering to really look at the clients sites. The hosting control panel can only report what was installed via the hosting control panel itself. If a client pushes the button to upgrade WordPress from within the WordPress admin section then the hosting control panel will never know.

As amazing as it seems, apparently the entire GoDaddy technical support team is ignorant of this fact. That’s right… the “World’s largest Hosting Provider” doesn’t understand the very basics of how the world’s largest blogging platform works.

Bob Parsons, I am sorry. Hot chicks and a strong tits and ass marketing campaign do not make up for apathy in matters of client security and well being.

Smackdown Blog

So reading this made me even more anxious to move my blog to TigerTech.  So finally the transfer is complete today and I now have both my blogs on the Best Hosting Company in the World: TigerTech.  If you are considering a new hosting company, I guarantee that you won’t be disappointed & will even be pleasantly surprised by their service.  Plus they have very reasonable prices!  Get on over to TigerTech & sign up you won’t be disappointed!

Disclosure: They also have a really great referral program – its all win-win!
